Dress appropriately for the
weather consider sun block & bug repellent.

What are some hazards to watch out for
on digs?
The
first of the hazards are Scorpions, Spiders and Snakes they are found under
rocks and in burrows that they
use for shelter. One must be alert when turning
over stones. Sunburn and
heat stroke are more likely to harm the weekend

hazards combined. Sun block, hats, protective
footwear and generous
quantities of water will go a long way in preventing these
problems. I always take
a good first aid kit on all my outings as well.
